"Show Yourself and Create the Future" - The competition speech activity for the manager and supervisor of the Quality Control Department ended successfully

In July 2018, Wuhan Yuen Anti counterfeiting Technology Co., Ltd. launched an internal competitive speech activity to select department managers and supervisors for the Quality Control Department. Once the competition information was released, it was highly concerned by the staff, and many colleagues enthusiastically signed up. As of July 20, a total of 12 colleagues have signed up to participate in this internal competition, including 6 managers and 6 supervisors. At 14:00-17:30 on July 27, 2018, under the organization of the Human Resources Department, the competition speech activity was held in the conference room of the shift building as scheduled. Zhang Kun, the General Manager, Chen Weijun, the Deputy General Manager, Luo Ming, the Director of the Quality Management Logistics Center, Wang Xiaofang, the Assistant General Manager, and Wu Hui, the Director of the Production Center will act as the judges to inspect and select the candidates.
In the hot summer, we couldn't resist the enthusiasm of everyone. Each of our candidates showed themselves heartily in the speech, and elaborated on the understanding and planning of the positions one by one. After each candidate's speech, five judges will put forward professional issues related to quality management to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth investigation and evaluation, and score and compare according to various indicators. 17: The first internal competition speech activity held by Wuhan Yuen Anti counterfeiting Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully concluded. This competition activity opened the promotion channel, enriched the construction of human resources system, and launched the first shot for talent selection in the later stage, which is of great significance.
